Here is how it works:
Step 1: Enter client email addresses into your practice management software.
Step 2: Client automatically receives a personalized "Thank You" email. (Screens out those pets that are still in the hospital, have been euthanized, or have received a VSurv email in the last 60 days.
Step 3: Client has the option to take a short survey to inform you how your hospital might better serve their pet.
Step 4: Go online anytime to view the survey results.
VSurv will also alert you to alarming responses by email or by setting an alert in the practice management software.
